In this hamper you will receive:

Prunotto Wild Rose Syrup 110g, a deliciously sweet accompaniment for cheese, Prunotto are located in the heart of Piedmont in Italy. They grow first quality mainly organic fruit and vegetables for their own jams and preserves.

Sheridans Rye & Linseed Crackers, handmade for us in West Cork. We use Rye Flour, stoneground at Macroom Oatmeal Mills in Co Cork, and unbleached wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil with brown linseeds (flaxseeds) baked into the mix.

Cremeux de Bougogne: is a classic mould-rind double-crème cheese. Surrounded by a white bloom rind smelling faintly of mushrooms, the interior of this sumptuous, 72% butterfat cheese is a soft white paste that tastes like a heavenly mixture of butter and stiffly whipped cream.

Comte Elegance: Clean and lightly fruity flavour with brothy aroma and smooth paste. Petite’s 10 month Comté cheese you can eat at breakfast, in sandwiches, on toast and salads. Melting brilliantly, this cheese is the perfect way to top vegetable gratins, and add as a main ingredient to fondue. 

Mella’s Vanilla Fudge Pouches: Stunningly delicious butter fudge, using local Bandon butter.

Irish Rhubarb and Elderflower Jam: Created by Sheridans, made using only Irish fruit in open pans in small batches by Tom & Laura Sinnott in New Ross, Co. Wexford.
