It combines ripe tomatoes with onions, cider vinegar, and spices, creating a sweet–tangy balance. Produced in collaboration with Janet Country Fayre, it is designed as a versatile accompaniment for cheese boards, sandwiches, cold meats, and roasted vegetables, where its slightly sweet, earthy tomaote relish enhances rather than overpowers.
