Sheridans Tomato Relish is a rich, chunky tomato based condiment made for Sheridans Cheesemongers and crafted to complement cheese and savoury dishes. It combines ripe tomatoes with onions, cider vinegar, and spices, creating a sweet–tangy balance. Produced in collaboration with Janet Country Fayre, it is designed as a versatile accompaniment for cheese boards, sandwiches, cold meats, and roasted vegetables, where its slightly sweet, earthy tomaote relish enhances rather than overpowers.
