Ditty’s Bakery was founded in 1963 in Castledawson, Northern Ireland, by Bobby Ditty and later led by his son, Managing Director Robert Ditty, who expanded the business into new markets and product ranges. While the bakery has grown significantly over the years, it has remained committed to traditional methods of producing handcrafted baked goods using the finest locally sourced ingredients.
