Fondue Cheese Mix

A good fondue doesn't have to be complicated. This apline Huguenin Fromages fondue mix is easy to prepare and go perfectly with bread, potatoes, or cherry tomatoes. All that's left is to share a pleasant moment around the fondue pot.

Recipe

Rub the fondue pot with garlic and/or mix it in small pieces with the cheese. Heat 180 ml (half water, half white wine). Once heated, add the mixture, stirring constantly until it boils and you obtain a creamy, smooth fondue.

Place the fondue pot on a burner over medium heat and enjoy to your heart's content. Fondue is served with bread, potatoes, cherry tomatoes, or other ingredients according to your taste. You can also add black pepper, kirsch, and other flavor enhancers.
