Martínez Somalo is a historic Spanish family-owned producer of cured meats based in Baños de Río Tobía, La Rioja, with origins dating back to 1900 when José Martínez Campo founded the company under the name La Gloria Riojana. What began as a small local operation has grown into a multi-generational business dedicated to the production of traditional Spanish charcuterie.

Now led by the fourth generation of the Martínez family, the company specialises in Serrano ham, chorizo, and other cured pork products, combining artisanal know-how with modern facilities and technology.
