Each year, our friend Roberto Vezzoso selects oils from native olive varieties taggiasca, moraiolo, biancolilla, coratina, and novellara from the surrounding area. He blends them into a single, standout olive oil that captures the flavour of the Italian countryside and that year’s harvest. We love this flavourful olive oil for finishing dishes and salad dressings.
