Description

Prunotto Grilled Artichokes

The artichokes are carefully cleaned and the outer leaves are removed, to then be cooked and then passed on the grill to give the final product the typical flavor of grilled vegetables. They are then immersed in extra virgin olive oil to which aromatic herbs are added to enhance their flavour. We use them on cheese boards, with charcuterie, on pizza or pasta dishes, or just on their own.
