Ordering

You can order now and select your preferred future delivery date at checkout.
There is an 11am cut off time for same day dispatch.
When you place your order, you will receive a receipt via email.

If you require a delivery for a specific date – during busier periods such as Christmas we recommend picking an earlier delivery date to make sure your order arrives in plenty of time.

We deliver to:
Ireland: Tuesday – Friday
EU: Tuesday – Friday

  • Delivery to Rep of Ireland & N. Ireland €10
  • Delivery to EU flat rate €50
  • Orders for England / Scotland / Wales are suspended due to Brexit

Virtual Products – Gift vouchers, event tickets & Cheese Club Membership

You will receive your online printable voucher for these items immediately upon ordering, regardless of delivery date selected.

Gifting
At checkout you will have the opportunity to enter a separate delivery address if you are sending the order as a gift. You can also enter a personal message which will be included with your order.

Packing
We pack all of our orders carefully with recyclable sustainable materials. We use best in industry insulation and chill packs to keep the products cool in transit.

Deliveries
We use UPS for all of our deliveries. When we process your order, you will receive an email from UPS with the tracking number. You will receive an additional email when the order is shipped, and finally receive an email to confirm the delivery has been made. you can check the status of your order using the tracking number directly on the UPS website https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_IE&requester=ST/

If there are any delays, you will receive an email to notify you from UPS not Sheridans Cheesemongers.

PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries are made during the daytime until 8pm, please ensure someone is there to accept.
