Pappardelle al Ragu di Salssiccia

Ingredients:

-Rustichella d Abruzzo Pappardelle 250g

-Golfera Salsiccia Tradizionale 200g

-Prunotto Organic Crushed Tomatoes Spicy Arrabiata 340g

– Cravero Parmigiano Reggiano 180g

-100ml of Red Wine.

-20 ml of Olive Oil

Method:

Begin by cutting the sausages into pieces of 2-3 cm in length. Preheat a large pan over medium-high heat for 2 minutes, then add the oil. Once the oil is heated, add the sausage pieces. Cook while stirring until they start to brown, breaking up the meat into small crumbles as it cooks.

Next, add the wine and cook until it evaporates completely. Lower the heat and then pour Pronuotto Organic Arrabiata Sauce into the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Partially cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

While the sauce simmers, bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the RustichellaPappardelle in 3 liters of water for 5-7 minutes. Then, add the cooked pasta directly into the sauce and gently mix.

Once served, sprinkle generously with Cravero Parmigiano Reggiano
