Dating back to 18th century Normandy France, Camembert is a soft, mould ripened cheese typically found in small rounds. Often compared to brie, Camembert is frequently on the stronger side comparatively in aroma and taste but often softer and easier to melt.

Producer

Le Camembert Rustique was developed in 1975 in Normandy France by Jean Verrier. Their Camember Rustique is made daily with milk from local farms.
