Story

Vermouth is an aromatized fortified wine, flavoured with various botanicals (roots, barks, flowers, seeds, herbs, and spices) and sometimes colored. The modern versions of the beverage were first produced in the mid to late 18th century in Turin, Italy. While vermouth was traditionally used for medicinal purposes, it was later served as an apéritif, with fashionable cafés in Turin serving it to guests around the clock.

Producer

Bodega Antonio Muñoz Cabrera (aka Dimobe) has been making wine in Malaga for as long as five generations. They produce a vast selection of sweet and fortified wines based on Moscatel de Alexandria and Pedro Xim é nez grapes, using traditional methods . Thanks to the dry and hot climate of the region, the farming is of the non - interventionist style, and the same approach is used in the wine making processes, that follows ancient local techniques.
