Cork Chilli Co Mellow Relish

Mellow Relish has a smooth texture which makes it particularly good for spreading or spooning, whether layered into a sandwich, served alongside cold meats or dolloped onto a cheeseboard. The mild heat makes it especially useful with softer, creamy cheeses, but it has enough character to hold its own alongside stronger farmhouse cheeses too. With no artificial colourings, flavourings, preservatives or thickeners, it's a simple, versatile relish made for everyday eating for those who like a bit of spice.
