Saint Agur is a French Blue veined cheese made from pasteurised cow's milk in the village of Beauzac from the mountainous French region of Auvergne. Bongrain Cheese has been making St Agur Since 1988.
It is ripened for 60 days causing the cheese to develop a stronger and spicier taste.
