Choosing cheese can feel overwhelming when there's a hundred on the counter. Here's some advice on where to start...

Start with what you know

If you like Cheddar, try Comté or a Gouda. If you enjoy mild creamy brie-style cheeses, the Délice de Bourgogne will blow your mind. Build outward from your comfort zone.

Mix different textures

Keep it interesting! Try selecting cheeses with different textures like soft, firm, creamy, hard, crumbly etc. The different textures create a bit of diversity and excitement.

Explore milk types

The type of milk that is used to make cheese plays a big role it how it tastes. If you've already chosen a soft cows milk cheese and are looking for something different, try something like an age goat gouda or manchego.

Add your accompaniments

Accompaniments are what help make your cheeseboard sing. Like something sweet? Try adding honey. Like something savoury? Don't forget the chutney. We love to include charcuterie, pickles, almonds and other snacks for variety and interest.
